We were hiking up the trail trying to reach the Hengifoss. Along the trail there were several streams and a couple of smaller waterfalls. When we got up to the top of the hill, the fog was so dense reducing our visibility a lot. About two third of the way, the river cut off the trail and with the fog, we turned around. When we got back to the Litlanesfoss, the fog was lifted to almost clear. It was a good hike, especially the wildflowers were everywhere.
